SalTec Powerlink is an R&D based engineering firm. It provides power electronic products for IT and Telecom related applications. Working in the Quality Assurance department, my responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that processes needed for the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system are established and implemented.
• Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system, and note needed improvements.
• Promoting awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Acting as a liaison with external parties such as customers or auditors on matters relating to the QMS.
• Conducting the Internal Audit and random process assessments.
• Collecting data from field - critically analyzing the product performance and recommending required changes.
• Technical writing (including complete documentation of operational and technical manuals, procedure writing, form designing, presentations to the management, etc)
