Cementing Service Supervisor

ƒÞ General supervision and performance of cementing jobs.
ƒÞ Calculation of material volumes required for cementing job as per design .
ƒÞ Discuss job requirement with company man and compare / adjust calculations as may be required for a job.
ƒÞ Oversee equipment performance and delegate maintenance actions required for assistant operators to work on.
ƒÞ Reports : Job Tickets / Job Charts and Data / Job logs / Job summaries , etc.
ƒÞ Monitors schedules preventive maintenance on mechanical and electronic side of the cementing unit. Made sure all data acquisition / sensors /Automatic Density Controllers and engine performance in peak condition.
ƒÞ Delagates responsibilities to crews on location on job performance. Discuss all job requirements / job safety analysis / equipment handling and operations.
ƒÞ Made sure pre job and post job checksheets are performed and put on record.
ƒÞ Oversee personnel safety and procedure safety and risk analysis.
ƒÞ Made sure jobs are followed as per design and completed on time.

Lead Electronic Maintenance Technician (III) ( Cementing/ Stimulation )

ƒÞ Performs testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs on electronic instruments used on controls of automated cement and acid mixing equipments
ƒÞ Performs both routine repairs and preventive maintenance of electronic and electro-mechanical equipments.
ƒÞ Applies electronic theories, principles of electronic circuits, electronic testing procedures and related knowledge to test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment utilizing diagnostic techniques to isolate problems to component or board level on both analog and digital systems.
ƒÞ Operates test equipment to calibrate instruments, sensors and other electronic components.
ƒÞ Prepares written reports describing equipment failures and suggested modifications including upgrades
ƒÞ Works from prints and schematics
ƒÞ Data Acquisition Equipments installations and commissioning
ƒÞ Cementing Unit Automatic Density Control installations / commissioning and provides operator training
ƒÞ Continuous Metering System ( CMS ) ¡V Liquid additive system installations / commissioning / Operator and Tech trainor.
