Major Achievement -
•Successful & smooth commissioning of Coker Unit-II of Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd.India.
•Implementation of SAP-Plant Maintenance (PM) in my present company, Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (Yansab )-leading a team of fifteen (15) engineers. Designing SAP-PM functionalities for Yansab plants, all Master-Data collection in standard SAP formats, Data verification and final Upload. Designed the Preventive Maintenance in SAP for all Yansab plants.

•Prepare and submit weekly department progress and activity report to General Manager (Maintenance
•Attend weekly Maintenance Management review meeting - brief weekly progress of Planning Department
•Annual Maintenance Budget preparation - for all the Maintenance departments and Maintenance Division as a whole.
•Budget meetings with Yansab Executive (Yansab President and all GMs) for briefing and approval.
•Major decision taking for Planning department.
•Decision making for designing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) functionalities for Yansab. Configuration of Yansab Maintenance department’s cost centers, planner groups and work-centers.
•Designing the Preventive Maintenance Program in SAP for all Yansab Plants.
•Co-ordination with other Sabic affiliates, SMO (Sabic Material Organization) and other external agencies.
•Assist Project planners in preparing monthly Integral C&SU (Commissioning & Start-Up) schedule for all the plants.
•Review Maintenance Procedures for approval.
•Preparation of ISO documents for external ISO audit.
(B) June 2006 - February 2008:
Designation: Maintenance Planning Engineer.
•Team lead for SAP (Plant-Maintenance) implementation. Creation of Yansab Maintenance Asset database in SAP.
•SAP-PM Business Blue-Prints review and signing-off.
•Participated for RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance )study for Ethylene Glycol plant and U&O.

SAP-Plant Maintenance module (duration-1 month),by Sapient Academy,Siemens (India).
Primavera (version 5)–Basic course (102)and Advanced course(106), training imparted by Primavera Inc.

Bachelor Degree (4 years) in Mechanical Engineering from GAUHATI UNIVERSITY-INDIA.
