Establishing lines of communication between the works in site, Technical design department and the factory ensure that the customer is always provided with the best possible cost effective and practical solutions

1- Supervision the site activities execution according to QA/QC Standards
2- Prepare all site survey requirements to feed the technical office with any missing data
3- Full review with the design office during the preparation stage of the shop drawing, Elevations & details
4- Make any coordination required in the material allocation department and procurement/purchasing department
5- Insuring the material fabrication quality with accordance to the approved shop drawings
6- High supervision to Subcontractors work according to approved time schedules
7- Coordination with planning department for making periodic updated time schedule
8- Coordination with administration department for making periodic invoices for both the client & subcontractors
9- Make a follow up with the financial department to monitor the project cash flow progress
10- A company representative in any site/office meeting with all contracting parties (client, engineer, main/sub contractors …etc.)
