Planning Engineer

To achieve a better position in Oil and Gas Industry, with my 25+ years experience in Oil and Gas industry. I have very good experience in Planning.

I am a MECHANICAL ENGINEER graduated from Madras University in May 1981.

From August 1981, to till on date, I have been working in mechanical maintenance of various Refineries, LPG Plants, and Oil fields & Petrochemicals. I have very good experience in the mechanical maintenance of different types of pumps, compressors, turbines & other stationary equipment’s associated with the Oil fields, Gas companies and Refineries. I am familiar with Planning & execution of Projects, P.M. programs, Shutdown Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and Normal Maintenance. I have very good experience in preparation of bar chart schedules, planning, scheduling, progress measurement & trend monitoring using S-Curve. Good experience in contracts, budget & controlling the cost. I have very good experience in developing and administration of contracts, from preparation of tenders, contract award and managing the contract, till the final payment has been made. I have very good experience in classifying the equipment criticality, carrying out FMEA and developing the maintenance strategy. Highly motivated and committed towards HSEMS. Prepared the Asset Level Business plans and 5 Year Business Plans. Involved in Setting up Commercial Strategies and Maintenance Strategies.

I am thoroughly conversant MAXIMO, TEROMAN, SAP-R3, M.S.PROJECT, PRIMAVERA EXPEDITION 5.0, PRIMAVERA-P6 for Planning of Projects. I have used Computerized Maintenance Management System -TEROMAN, AGMICS-MMS 9000, in day to day Maintenance Planning jobs in ADNOC, RUWAIS REFINERY and SAP-R3 in Ras Gas & Qatar Liquefied Gas Company, Qatar. I am familiar with EXCEL 7.0, ‘HARVARD GRAPHICS 3.0/FOR WINDOWS 3.1’, ‘FREELANCE GRAPHICS’ & POWER POINT.

Worked in most of the leading oil and gas companies in Middle East : KNPC / KOC in Kuwait, ADNOC / ZADCO in Abudhabi, Qatar Gas/ Ras Gas in Qatar.
