Professional Experience
I am an experienced fire saftey inspecting officer having worked for Greater Manchester and Staffordshire Fire & Resue Services, attaining the rank of Station Commander. Responsible for Manchester International Airport and all the buidlings and hotels within it's curtilage. Also responsible for the fire safety and firefighting installations at an oil and gas plant in Staffordshire.

As can be seen from my CV I have worked for mainly for 2 companies (Royal Navy and Fire &Rescue Services) and therefore consider myself loyal to any employer.
Having worked in two disciplined services I consider myself dynamic, proactive, resourceful, approachable, trustworthy and reliable. I am able to work alone and on my own inititive aswell as being a team player. . My communication skills are good and I am able to support and interface with people at all levels. The watch command courses at The Fire Service College involved a number of scenarios including specialist firefighting techniques and salvage where fires involved ships, aircraft (fixed wing and helicopter), buildings and large oil and gas installations etc. As the course suggests the Command and Control heading meant that you directed and deligated a team of firefighters to deal with the incident, the incident commander.
Experience in Fire & Rescue training depatments including Industrial/ commercial training (petro-chem etc), opertaional command and control. Responsibilities comensurate with rank.
I am willing to relocate and undertake any training that is required.
