Mechanical Engineer(Power Plant Operations and Maintenance)
„« Responsible to all machineries and equipments in power plant and networking to avoid any downtime during operations.
„« Scheduling/Performing Preventive Maintenance Service (P.M.S.) on diesel engine generator MAK 16M 453 AK, engine capacity 4.8MW, Blackstart generator, radiator(cooling system), air compressors, gear and centrifugal pumps and other units in the plant.
„« Responsible in preparations of schedule and materials needed during the maintenance jobs.
„« Manages the day to day running of the multi discipline maintenance team and responsible for coordinating assigned and breakdown maintenance work.
„« Accountable for delivering assigned maintenance work and managing all team works and resources.
„« Supervise of power plant operators mechanical and electrical, mechanic maintenance team, networking (electrical) teams and other laborer team.
„« Implementation of the standard operating procedures of the diesel power plant.
„« Preparations of shifting schedule of power plant staffs to their respective jobs.
„« Make the plant organize, clean and kept in safety program.
„« Initiate major trouble in the plant at any time during in need.
„« Making and preparing of all the reports for Daily Operations and Maintenance, monthly, and downtime reports, etc.
„« Reporting directly to the Ministry of Finance at Al-Ruqi and to the company General Manager (Head office).
