• Currently looking for a new role on any opportunity Facility or Pipeline related project within the Domestic or Foreign markets - available immediately
• A leader of innovation and project delivery in facility and pipeline construction for over 38 years
• In addition to strong technical knowledge, the most critical expertise learned was the ongoing creation and implementation of successful strategies that positively engaged and received support from the individuals, communities, governments, owners and regulators in whose “back yard” most complex, large infrastructure projects get built. Without earning and gaining such support, many of these mega infrastructure projects could not have been implemented and built.
• Support all development of any proposed pre-FEED and FEED stages of a current project, the capital value of which has been in the past in of the order of US$1-12 Billion,
• Lead technical development and project and construction management for the project with pipeline and facility development companies and all other strategic upstream partners, working closely with their commercial partner, interacting with other company functional groups, and be capable of leveraging the services of a technical partner (contractor) to deliver
• Develop and deliver a strategy for FEED and EPCM stages, and leading the project through these stages to start-up, therefore be capable of leading both early concept stages as well as later work with more detailed scope
• Engage with First Nations, Provincial and Federal government regulatory agencies as a part of the development of all of the pipeline or facility projects that was engaged in
• Work effectively in a collaborative style with technical partners under contracted agreements in a supporting role
• Seasoned professional with demonstrated competency in major pipeline or facility project development and EPCM leadership
• Track record of excellence in team building and leadership but also an ability to work in small highly experienced, senior teams, including complex joint venture arrangements
