April 2008 onward: Senior Reservoir Engr. – PETRONAS Carigali (Pak), Islamabad, PAKISTAN
As Senior Reservoir Engineer I am responsible for the development of subsurface dynamic models. Currently I am responsible for all reservoir engineering aspects of Mehar gas field and well as the development of its Dynamic model and Surface Network model.

July 2005 – March 2008: Reservoir Engineer – Pakistan Petroleum Ltd., Karachi, PAKISTAN
As Reservoir Engineer I was involved in building both the static & dynamic 3D Reservoir Model using Irap-RMS 3D geological modeling software & Eclipse reservoir simulation software. I was also responsible for updating and running predictions with the existing simulation models of Miano & Qadirpur Gas Fields, Adhi Sakesar Oil Field and Manzalai Gas-Condensate Field; all of these are eclipse simulation models. Was also responsible for reservoir monitoring and well intervention operations in Adhi Sakesar reservoir, which is an NFR.

October 2004 – To June 2005: Petroleum Engineer – GeoAxis Pakistan Ltd., Karachi, PAKISTAN
As Petroleum Engineer major responsibilities were to interact with E&P clients to promote consultancy services offered by the company in the area of E&P database management. I was responsible for conducting brief in-house training sessions for junior employees designed to introduce the main technical areas and jobs within the E&P companies.



April 2000 – April 2002: Trainee Reservoir Engr. – Pakistan Oilfields Ltd., Rawalpindi, PAKISTAN
Worked for Pakistan Oilfields Limited as Trainee Reservoir Engineer; work experience during the period included:
• Volumetric reserves estimates for various oil & gas reservoirs, Pariwali Condensate Field, Pindori Oil Field, Gbeibe Oil Field (Syria), Siba Condensate Field (Iraq)
• Material balance for conventional & naturally fractured oil & gas reservoirs, Pariwali Condensate Field, Balkassar Oil Field, Gbeibe Oil Field (Syria), Turkwal Oil Field, Sara Gas Field
• Water Influx calculations & aquifer modeling for Balkassar Oil Field, Meyal Oil Field
• Pressure transient analysis for various build-up & flow tests conducted in Turkwal, Pindori, Balkassar, Dhurnal & Chaknaurang fields
• Petrophysical evaluation of open-hole logs
• Field supervision of routine BHP surveys and flow tests
• Economic evaluations for exploration blocks
