A challenging and rewarding position in Baker Hughes for Centrilift Field Operation

- Worked as a full-time crew chief for the segment of Artificial Lift in Schlumberger at Rumbai
- base, Indonesia. Responsible for field operation involved in all aspects of ESP application:
- assemble (including tandem motor, protector, pump (incl. shimming procedures)), dismantle,
- troubleshooting and failure analysis, switchboard and VSD commissioning, motor controller
- setting/retrofit, downhole monitoring equipment installation, ISP and Uniconn setting, Y-tool
- installation, splicing of cable to motor, cable to cable, inserting ESP cable to tubing hanger and
- connecting cable to switchboard/VSD/junction box. Independently performed project planning,
- hazard analysis and time management before each job and lead crew members to prepare for the
- job like loading units to the trailer in the backyard and issuing tools/consumables from the
- warehouse. After each job, submitted Field Ticket Light (FTL) and other Schlumberger job
- Acted as a tutor for international visiting trainees to Rumbai base, in charge of improving their
field operation skills, supervising their progress and giving timely advice.
