„c Total 7 plus years of thorough experience in Process Engineering,
Around 5 years experience in design engineering of Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Chemical Plants,
1 year experience in project execution & co-ordination,
1.5 year of experience in pilot plant at R&D centre for Chemical & Bio-Chemical Engineering.
„c Familiar with Process Engineering Softwares: - Chem-CAD, HYSYS, and HTRI.
„c Hands-on experience in preparation of various process deliverables such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD), P&IDs, Process Data Sheets, Instrument Process Data Sheets, Line List, Design Basis Documents, study reports with recommendations for modifications to existing systems, Utility summary, and other Summary Sheets such as Drainage and Effluent summary, Catalyst & Chemicals summary etc..
„c Hands-on experience in performing process design calculations: Pump hydraulics, line hydraulics, instrument (control valve, orifice) sizing, vessel sizing, estimation for consumptions of various utilities.
„c Worked on projects for: preparing Basic Engineering Package, Feed as well Detail Engineering.
„c Worked in various projects with key accounts namely, Saudi ARMCO, Lucite International, BASF India Ltd, Reliance Industries Ltd.
„c Technical competence combined with effective communication skills, enhanced by sound analytical skills, ability to work in team and understanding of client¡¦s requirements.
