Total work experience is more than 1.5 years, I started as a Material Coordinator in (DESCON Engineering), there I got the opportunity to learn the practical experience related to Materials,, Fabrication & Maintenance of Piping.

• Self familiar with overall project schedule, specially blinding schedule, de-blinding schedule and box up schedule.
• Preparation of work order wise material list as per base scope in close coordination with planning, related supervisors and area engi-neers.
• Cross verification of reserved material against actual quantity required.
• High lighting all discrepancies to planning and client.
• To have a complete track of material tractability, material test certificates with reference to their heat & lot numbers & as per specs.
• Close coordination with client material ware-house staff for locating the material.
• Item wise identification of materials and seg-regating it according to tag no. of equipment, piping, valves, blinding location list
• Retrieving of mobilized material/ Packages as per packing list.
• Storage of material as per client’s instruction or instruction given on the packing list and ensure provision of material tags where re-quired and also preparation of Material Inspection Report (MIR) showing access/shortage and damage.
• Take good care of material and equipment and apply preservative where required and return of leftover material to the client.
• Co-ordination with project execution engi-neers as per received material also updating of inventory figures by containing correct data.
