Job Title: Processing Supervisor
Job Purpose: To manage a team of staff processing outward Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), Automatic Clearing Housing (ACH) and Payroll System.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Handle and make decision regarding daily operational activities relating to my job purpose.
• Ensure all the transactions are processed in a manner which meets agreed service standards.
• Handle customer, branches and other department inquiries.
• Handle correspondence to from customers/ Department / branches and correspondent banks to ensure resolution of customer transactions.
• Manage, motivate and train staff to ensure performance is optimized.
• Implement changes when approved.
• To follow up with Branches regarding RTGS & ACH Processes.
• Check all booking vouchers.
• Check and audit all financial transactions before send the payments.
• Make final a statement of all financial transactions which have paid.
• Make reconciliation of financial statements.
