A seasoned professional process engineer with fourteen plus years experience in Process Design in EPC contractors and operating companies on a variety of upstream and downstream (onshore & offshore) oil & gas and petrochemical projects.
Some of the areas of proficiency include:
• PFD and P&IDs development. Process Conceptual Studies. Heat & Mass Balances. Preparation of engineering design packages; FEED and Detailed Engineering for Greenfield and Brownfield O&G Projects. Feasibility Studies. Cost estimation. Contact engineering with process licensors for technology information. HAZOP Studies. Process equipment/Instrument sizing/ evaluation.
• Process Engineering inputs to Operations and Maintenance Departments. Trouble Shooting and Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of the oil & gas facilities.
• Lead Process Engineer in a number of projects. Project scheduling, manpower allocation, quality planning. Supervision of junior and intermediate level engineers. Liaison with operating oil & gas company clients/engineers. Well versed in ARAMCO, Shell and ExxonMobil Design Standards.
• Large diameter cross country Crude Oil Pipelines hydraulics and transient analysis studies.
• Proficiency in the usage of PRO/II, HYSYS, STONER Pipeline Simulator & GATECYCLE etc.
