I was hired as Researcher three years back; to perform specific task of finding out the best way for developing relationship between company and clientele. After one year I was given title as consultant.
After identifying the key points through various surveys, I was given the responsibility for hiring new staff. I hired relationship consultants in all major cities of the country successfully. Further developed training programs for new recruitments and also performed my responsibilities as trainer.
I started looking tools for strengthening relationship firstly among team members and secondly with clients at all levels.
