Responsible for Platform Induction & training, JSA, Toolbox, permit to work control, safety equipment/PPE, & emergency response/drills & muster checks, supervision of rigging and heavy lifts, Hot work, confined space, exposed areas, gas tests, rope access, work over sea, scaffolding etc for the initial team mobilized to clear and make safe the work and access areas on a decommissioned Total concrete drilling platform, now tasked with supervision of all 4 work teams, Project Safety QA & HAZID audit, Permit authoring & compliance audit, direct dialogue with clients including daily walkabout & emergency scenario drills. Maintenance & update of project SMS, Generic Risk Assessments & Procedures.
