Responsible for helping manage Greenfield ethanol plant budgets ($110 MM). Lead weekly project management meetings. Work with owner, engineers, subcontractors, and site superintendent through capital delivery process to deliver a successful project. Helped create and update construction schedules; lead commissioning and startup of ethanol plants; provide leadership to ensure project timeliness, profitability, and customer satisfaction; monitored site safety; developed documents and procedures that are now a standard at POET Design & Construction.

Responsible for specifications and ordering of process equipment; process design and optimization; plant startup support; commissioning of ethanol plants; budget management; mass and energy balance model validations.
