Management and administration of project related documents and correspondence. Prepare Daily & Weekly Activity Reports, Manpower reports, Idle Time summary, unsuitable material shifting reports, co-ordination with Technical depts. Conversation in E-mails, handling RITs (Request for Inspection & Testing). Filing of Project related documents Maintaining a master registry for all project contract documents; eg: tender drawings, revised drawings, transmittals etc. Processing confidential project related correspondence and other documents as required by the Project Manager. Organising the project filing system, ensuring easy retrieval of any project related documents. Updating shop drawings, incoming & outgoing correspondence. Prepare monthly and yearly data records, preparing cash vouchers, preparation of salary packets, tallying of physical cash balance. Prepare reconciliation statement and balance sheet. Keep confidentiality of all the documents and communications. Coordinate with customers regarding delays of loan payment.Responsible for organising and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency. Updating and controlling the documentation through easy tracking system. Responsible for arranging Meeting, communicating with Clients, Handling all telephonic and mail documents.
