• Ensure proper collection of raw water from the dams
• Coagulation of the raw water to facilitate sedimentation
• Filtration, treatment and distribution of raw water to consumers
• Handling consumer complaints and requests
2. Management of a sewage treatment plant
• Monitering the influent liquid waste
• Ensurering proper screening before discharge to sedimentation ponds
• Laboratory tests of Chemical, biochemical, ph and sedimentation tests before releasing the effluent to water bodies such as rivers
