Job Responsibilities:
„Ñ Preparing utilization and productivity achieved by the equipments.
„Ñ Monitor the Capacity utilization of the equipments through coordinating with supervisors.
„Ñ Scheduling, planning and forecasting of the equipments according to the job requirement for smooth flow of work.
„Ñ Repair of breakdown machines, Spare parts & Stock Materials required follow ups with Plant Department through daily Off Road meetings conducted by Vice President (Plant).
„Ñ Follow ups with Plant Department for Scheduling, planning and executing predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs in all the equipments like excavators, bulldozers, power generators (20kva to 500kva and above), loader, vibratory rollers, compressors, pumps, gearbox, cranes, batching plants etc with key focus on spares availability and root cause analysis.
„Ñ Identifying the surplus/idling vehicle and equipments coordinating with supervisors, engineers, site in charges and information¡¦s provided periodically to management/Logistic Manager for maximum utilization.
„Ñ Preparing the budget for equipment usage cost for the unit, coordinating with the concerned Project Managers.
„Ñ Verification and certification of monthly plant usage invoice raised by Plant Department prior to Executive Vice Presidents (Oil & Gas Unit) approval.
„Ñ Monitoring and controlling the fuel consumption of equipments. Monthly Fuel invoice verification and certification prior to EVPs approval.
