• Employee Safety and Health
• Construction site facilities contract with suppliers (Logistic and built of rest areas, schedule and maintenance all over related function for site activity.
• Control the site functional related manner i.e.. (Site equipments, transport, workers time card control).
• Coordinate with other departments in all Human Resources activities/functions.
• Coordinate on status of recruitment and new colleague’s arrival.
• Responsible for preparing contracts/ employment offers and visas for all new colleagues.
• Coordinate on visa processing and control the passport.
• Tracking of new hire status of successful candidates. Mediator between the Candidate, Department Head and Human Resources Manager
• Complete and update all colleagues’ arrivals and departure administration to ensure arrangements are made on time and within the Company policy.
• HR business and colleague personal information is kept strictly confidential.
• Provide information to colleagues on company policies with regards to HR issues.
• Be open and approachable to colleagues at any time during working hours, and offer advice on personal or job related issues to help the employee make the best decision.
• Take responsibility for the accuracy of recorded information
• Maintaining weekly & monthly basis meeting and mark solution and progress.

To manage administration functions, such as:
Company-related matters.
Registrations, Renewals of registrations, licenses, etc.
Insurance registration, renewals, cancellations, claims, etc.
Refurbishment, maintenance of office premises and showrooms.
Contacting contractors and short-listing quotes.
Office supplies and consumables.
Legal/Police matters or issues.
General Public Relations or Communications.

To serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with different departments, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required.
