Responsibilities:
Joined at the stage of Project commissioning and involved in setting up of laboratory by installing and standardization of laboratory equipment.
Coordinated with vendor in commissioning activities.
All analysis is analyzed as per ASTM method and Lims (laboratory information management system).
Total operation of lims: - sample logging, results entry,
approving the results, & result data generation
Wet chemical analysis
Reid vapors pressure test,
Specific gravity of propane, butane and pentane plus.
Water samples form Boiler and Water treatment plant, Gas samples from different stages for the detection of impurities and complete analysis.
§ Analysis of Condensate samples.
§ Analysis of samples for environment monitoring.
§ Calibration of on line analyzers.
§ Maintaining and monitoring of chemicals, glassware and spare parts for laboratory equipments.
§ Coordinating with the process departments and
Control Room in providing reports in time.
§ Experienced in preparation of documents for
Handing over from Contractor to Client.
§ Trained the Lab technicians for routine analysis.

Analysis of Ambient Air samples as per the norms by State pollution control board.
Analysis of Furnace oil.
Analysis of D.M.Water, Boiler feed water, Boiler blow down and Cooling tower water samples.
Analysis of finished products.
Analysis of Pesticides formulations and technical grade raw materials like monocrotophos,butachlor,cypermethrin,endosulphan, quinolphos etc.,
Analysis of Raw materials, Intermediates and finished products.
Analysis of water samples for Boiler
Analysis of solvents like Benzene, Toluene and Methanol.
Preparations of standard solutions and standardizations.
