Having almost 13 years of hands on work experience in various industrial set-ups, I claim my expertise in the field of Air Separation Process/Trouble shooting/Optimization/Mechanical Maintenance and Distribution too.
Working on DCS & SCADA based operations on Rotary machines (viz. Compressors, Pumps, Blowers, Gas-Turbine), Distillation Columns, Heat Exchangers, Water Treatment, Ammonia & Freon refrigeration system and Cryogenic Liquid Storage/Tankers & Pumps.
Having an exposure on different kinds of Air Compressors (Worked with Germans from SULZER/MAN TURBO during revamp of Air-compressor & Turbo Nitrogen Compressor and worked with Americans from ATLAS COPCO during commissioning of new Recycle Compressor, worked on ELLIOTT Air Compressor (normal operation/trouble shooting & overhauling) & INGERSOLL RAND Air Compressor (normal operation & trouble shooting).
Proven leadership skills in managing people and can systematically arrive on a decision as when the need arises.
Eductation
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic College-Alwar (Board of Technical Education-Jodhpur) Rajasthan,India in 1997.
