A. From Dec 2007 Till date :

M/S , ALTURKI ENTERPRISES LLC , Sulthanate of Oman.

PDO Project – PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT OMAN,

OFF – PLOT DELIVERY CONTRACT – C 31 / 0604,
( OIL & GAS / PIPE LINE Project ).

I am working here as a Approved QCI – CIVIL ( QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR ).

Responsibilities & Nature of Work:

* Perform day to day Quality related activities of the contract at site.
* Verify that the latest copies of appropriate QC plans , Quality Work Procedures & Work Instructions are available at work site.
* Verify that the calibration status of inspection and test equipment being used are valid.
* Carry out the all inspection & test requirements of the contract at all stages as per the QCP and Contract requirement.
* Periodically monitor the storage of materials at site / yard and Ensure that only right materials from right sources are used as per the specifications.
* Notifying any Non-Confirmance identified during site – inspection and recommending corrective action to Dicipline Supervisors through sr.QA . Engineer.
* Provide assistance to sr.QA Engineer in the preparation of contract / project Specific procedures , Work instructions and QC plans as required.
* Ensure all the activities carried out are in compliance with Quality requirement of the contract.
* Train the site – supervisors on Contract quality plans and Quality control plans.
* Monitor the sub-contractors work activities for compliance with Quality requirement of the contract and conduct audit / verify corrective and preventive actions as required by sr.QA.Engineer.
* Comply with the PDO Supervisors / Inspectors for obtaining clearances for the completed activities / documents & test packs.

B. From Oct 2005 to Dec 2007 :

M/S Vijay Builders, Trichirapalli as a Site Engineer

Responsibilities & Nature of Work:

* Collecting and checking of all architectural & structural Drawings from Consultants.
* Foundation Marking like Pile, Pile caps, Pedestal, Spread Footing and columns.
* Execution of Building as per the approved Building Drawings.
* Execution of various steel Reinforcement work in RCC Structures.
* Preparation of monthly progress report and weekly labour bills .
* Measuring the Quantities from the design drawings and follow up of material ordering.
* Dealing with clients.
