• Confirmation from Logistics department on debit notes related to fixed assets and related charges.
• Requesting Statement of accounts from all sister companies at the end of the month and insure accurate reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Implementing and maintaining proper filing system and custody over fixed assets and related documents.
• Assisting the head of unit on matters relating to payments to suppliers and preparing reconciliation/confirmation of correct amount of payments to be made to our local and international suppliers in order to expedite payments.
• Preparing Bank Reconciliation
• Updating Bank Balances Sheet
• Sales Update into the JDE System
• Reconciliation of suspense accounts related to all operations
• Ensuring sound management and control over all payments and transfers including petty cash disbursements, trade and non-trade payables
