Main Responsiblity:
Operating various condition monitoring instruments and on line /off line monitoring software systems.
Routine data & Lube oil samples collection as per schedule & allocating jobs to the technicians.
Based on collected readings, analyse for increase in vibration trend, any change in vibration spectrum (frequency content), If required performing phase analysis and report to Engineer.
Write the daily activities in the Condition Monitoring daily Log Book.
Update the maintenance history of all Rotating Equipment in the Vibration database software.

BN-System1, Adre, Skf, Entek, Recip trap dynalco, boroscopic.
