I am a graduate in Chemical Engineering, with 12 yrs of International experience in Process engineering, Plant operations and Process simulation.I am looking for challenging roles in Process Engineering.

Jan2009 – Present Process Specialist , Fluor Canada ,Calgary Total Athabasca Upgrader , Amine Recovery Unit
• Working as Area Engineer responsible for the Front End Engineering and design development of Amine Recovery Unit and Utilities for Sulphur Block.
Feb 2008 – Dec 2008 Principal Process Engineer , Simon Carves, Manchester, UK, Sabic Huntsman LDPE ,400,000 MTPY
• Experienced in the design of high pressure process (more than 3000 Bar) systems and designing systems for Supercritical fluids like Ethylene.
PTT Thailand LDPE , 300,000 MTPY
• Worked as Area Lead for Polyethylene Extrusion, Degassing and Storage section.
• Responsbilities include co ordination with major Equipment suppliers for Extruder, High Pressure Pumps, Degassing and Storage Silos. Dec 2005 – Jan 2008 Lead Process Engineer ,Saudi International Petrochemical Company ,Location: Fluor Canada, Calgary Vinyl Acetate Monomer, 330 000 MTPY
As a Client Engineer I worked as the focal point for the EPC contractor (Fluor Canada) and the Technology Provider (Dupont). In this role I played a significant role in tranferring technology from Dupont to Sipchem.

• Member of Commissioning Team involved in the pre commissioning and commissioning of 2900 MTPD Jacobs Methanol Plant. Lead for, Catalyst Loading and Reduction activities.
Nov 1999 – Nov 2003 Senior Process Engineer ,Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited ,India,: 2 * 900 MTPD Ammonia Plant
• Perfomance monitoring and optimising of 2 streams of Ammonia Plants (900 MTPD), Haldor Topsoe Design, One stream on Natural Gas feed and the other is on Mixed Feed Mode (Natural Gas & Naphtha).
Nov 1997 – Oct 1999 Operations Supervisor Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, India , 900 MTPD Ammonia Plant
• I worked as Shift Supervisor for a 900 MTPD Ammonia and Utility Plant. The Ammonia plant is based on Natural gas as feedstock.The plant comprises of Primary Reformer, Shift Catalysts, CO2 Absorption and Stripping, Synthesis Section. The Utility unit comprises of Boilers, Demin Unit, Gas Turbine and HRSG.
