Supervise Work-Over operations on entire operational area:
Operations for bringing-in a well: replacement of liquid in wells, casing perforations, swabbing , acid treatments, cementing and milling jobs.
work over and intervention operations: cementing jobs, packer launchings, pressure test of casing and tubing fishing, jobs over tubing/drill pipes in casing, killing wells, washing wells, impression jobs with lead models in casing depth pumps substitutions fishing jobs .
Management and technical supervision of all well intervention activities
Plan and manage the department resources according to the agreed and established budget
Monitor reporting of cost performance related to well intervention against operations budget.
Prepare the final well report related to well intervention at the end of the drilling project.
Design well completions through the discussion with Sub-Surface Department to finalize completion design;
Provide technical specifications and operating instructions for the equipment required for well intervention
Achievements
I have also a strong theoretical and practical background in various specific operations, such as gravel pack, frak pack and all sub-surface operations as well as production business, including transportation, oil treatment and storage, at the same time being confident that I will be up to your standards. Although I have not directly worked in drilling, I have a lot of knowledge about this field of work this being one of my interests.
