A senior civil /structural engineer with 29 years of extensive experiences in the field of Oil and Gas (in Kuwait and KSA),from refineries , gathering centers, coke handling facilities , power plant , pipelines ,substations, control bldgs.warehouses,rigging pads , roads and bridges ,housing units , offices,hospitals,five star hotels ,golf courses , etc. in the construction and engineering field .
These comprehensive experience includes HSE, PPE and QC/QA management and supervision of all on site civil /structural /piping fabrication, installation, including the shutdown operation for tie-in and demolition operation .
A close interface between contractors, sub-contractors, client and local authorities.Has been working on projects in Saudi Arabia, Brunie, Kuwait and in the Philippines .
Recently , working with PENSPEN INTERNATIONAL LTD(KJO FDP1 ON-SHORE ),KSA and Kuwait. For the multi- billion On-shore oil Development Project.
