Working with Simon Carves , UK as senior piping stress engineer from March 2008 on Bioethanol project.

Plant : Ensus Bioethanol Plant, UK

Location : Wilton, UK
Period : Jan 2008 ¡V Till Date.
Silent Features : Total no. of lines 4600 nos. / Stress Critical lines 1000 nos.
Plant includes Reactors, Heaters, Column, Reboiler, and Heat
Exchanger, Centrifuge, Pumps
Type of Piping involved is high temp lines, Steam Lines of Stainless Steel,
Duplex Steel.
Self Involvement : Working as a Stress coordinator.
Analysis of lines connected to pump, Rack piping.
Coordination with Civil Dept for Rack loading & Structural Loading.
Coordination with Vessel Dept for Nozzle loading of Equipment.
Review Supporting of Critical & non-Critical lines done by Support Engineer.
Preparation of spring specification.
Preparation of Bellow specification.

ľ Worked with M/s. Aker Kvaerner Powergas Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Piping Design Engineer from Jan 2005 to Jan 2008.

Educational Qualification:

• Done Post-Graduate Diploma in ¡§ PIPING DESIGN ¡§ from Suvidya Institute of Technology in 2005

• Passed B.E. (Chemical Engg) in 2002 from Mumbai University with 1st Class.

• Passed H.S.C. in 1998 from Vaze college with Distinction. ( 72 % )

• Passed S.S.C. in 1996 from Maharashtra State with distinction ( 81 % )
