Highly skilled and experienced over 15 years’ field experience in commissioning and maintenance of process instrumentation in Power, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas based plants and facilities.
Hands-on and man management experience with range of companies; like KNPC Kuwait, RAZI Petrochemical Iran, Rajashree Polyfil India, MTZ Polyesters limited India, Worked on (TDC 3000) D.C.S.(Allen Bradley, Siemens) PLC Systems during combined Instrument loop check and Fault finding.
Having good experience in Installation and Loop Checking carryout trouble shooting of electronic circuits, Calibration of various process control instruments Experience in Maintenance, Calibration, Overhauling, and Troubleshooting Techniques of various process control Instruments, such as Flow, level, pressure and Temperature of Honeywell, Rosemount, DeltaV, Foxboro, Yokogawa with knowledge of Field Communicators(Rosemount 275 and 375)and AMS Platform
Knowledge of various drawings such as P & ID, Logic Diagrams, Vendor Drawings, wiring diagrams, Elementary drawings, Instrument Loop diagrams, and Instrument Data sheet.
Knowledge of P.L.C. Ladder Logics, fault finding and commissioning of PLC system. Variable frequency drives (Siemens, Omron, Yaskawa and Barmeg)
Installation & Commissioning of various system such as Bentley Nevada3500, Honeywell (TDC 3000) SIEMEN(S 5), Allen Bradley (SLC500,5/40,5/80) , Modicon PLC.

Qualification: *SSC 10th Gujarat Secondary Education Board Passed in “March 1988”
* ITI Instrument Mechanic Passed in “Aug1990”
* Apprenticeship (NCTVT) “March 1992”
*Diploma Electrical Engineering (NET) “March 2003”
