MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

ELECTRIC SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS ,OIL INDUSTRY , PUMP SECTION HEAD FOR ABOUT SIX YEARS .

And my duties were:-
-Receive work orders from workshop supervisor.
-Supervise the employees in pump section, and coordinate their duties.
-Bring out equipment from their boxes and doing initial inspection including the specification of the equipment.
-Start dismantling the eq, and during this process inspect the components of the eq.
-Write a report about the eq after finishing dismantling and making notes about parts condition.
-Coordinate with warehouse assistant to issue spare parts for assembly using issue slip.
-Issue work orders to the machinist to prepare what we need for eq assembly.
-Assemble eq by reference documents.
-Determine critical measurements.
-Verify calculations and complete required assembly reports.
Also
-Proficient in the use of various hand tools, operate hand grinder, run various manual, saws lathes, mills.
-Inspection and maintain of work area.
-Prioritize work to ensure timely job completion.
-Knowledge to measurement eq such as digital calipers.
Baker Hughes' experience Libya branch :-
- I worked as a third party for Baker Hughes as:-
1- Field service technician from 03-11 2012 till 08-12-2012 ,and my duties under minimum supervision were :-
- ESP Installation & Pull operations
- Lead and non-Lead Splice
- ESP Startup
- ESP Troubleshooting
2- Pump technician from 01-11-2013 till 30-11-2013 .
Other different experience:-
01/2014-Up to date: Maintenance specialist with Brega CO.
06/2004 -05/2006: Trainer at the High Institute for Trainers’ Preparation.
Overseas experience:
03/2008-04/2008: Training in downhole section at Alkhorayef CO. (Kuwait).
01/2008-02/2008: Training in surface and focus sections at Alkhorayef CO. (Kuwait).
Included:-work under supervision, downhole, surface, focus and troubleshooting of ESP eq. assist with (precommissioing, commissioning, pullout, lay down, installation) ESP eq includes assembly, disassembly of eq and operate cable, power cable splicing.
Maintain systems controls for ESP, including switchboards, variable speed drives and downhole sensors.
I worked for BAKER HUGHS company as a third party as a field servic engineer for one trip to Waha Waha field.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:-Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the 7th Of April University, Fall 2002.
