Professional Experience

• Ensure implementation and compliance of the Hadeed Safety Management Plan and Environment Management System standards at the section.
• Types and allocates data for purchase enquiries, requisitions and personnel action proposals.
• Monitors the distribution of the above for departmental approval.
• Uses typewriter and personal computer for the preparation of Inter-Office Memo and report writing.
• Ability to write small programs on PC and conversant with major software programs.
• Maintain department files, maintain and updates the TSD Database, S.A.P. and issues reports.
• Supporting the TSD management in screening applications of new graduates in order to select the suitable candidates for interviews.
• Assist in the department administration duties (Passports, Iqamas, Visas, Office Furniture and Maintenance)
• Contact with the all level of TSD employees and Industrial Security Department, HR Department, Recruitment and Finance.
• Assists the administration supervisor with TSD personnel queries and other administrative clerical duties.
• Collecting Managers approvals and negotiating with them about many enquiries ( Absentees, Personal Action, Memo Letters … etc.)
• To carry out the general office administration and organization.
• Administers the employee vacation applications.
• To communicate with other departments including the President’s Office.
• Develop office systems and control function of office to enable smooth running and quick retrieval of records.
• Prepares distributes and files all documentation associated with materials and services enquiries, requisitions and updates TSD Databases and issue reports.
• Office organization and administration, including answering Enquiries by the telephone or E-Mail, arranging appointment, taking messages, filing, etc.
• To perform any other jobs related experience and education as requested by immediate superior.

• Check Weekly Report per Vessel
• Writing correspondence pertaining to Marine Operation & Crew
• Supervision of Marine daily transaction Head Office & Aramco
• Responsible in all scanning of documents such as certificates of all crews, Seaman book, Passport and update the expiration from time to time.
• On watch 24/7 as per Aramco contract & as per ISM / ERT (Emergency Response Team)
