1-Maintenance the cement filters ( Bag filters – E.p filters)
•In the bag filters maintain the fan blades , bearings , belts , bullies , rotary valve or flap gates , get pulse system , U tube device , grid coupling and the bags of the filter .
•In E.p. filter maintain the discharge electrodes, collecting plates, drag chains, grid coupling, and rapping system of the collecting plates.
2-Maintenance the transportation equipments of the cement ( screw conveyors , drag chains and buckets elevator )
•In the screw conveyor maintain or change and assembly screw conveyor joints, maintain its jaw coupling, bearings and its blades.
•In drag chains maintain or change its bits, roller bearings, jaw coupling.
•In the buckets elevators maintain the alignment of the buckets and change the bucket which need.
3-Good knowledge of the cement production steps.
4-Purchasing the mechanical requirements using SAB program ( Request for quotation – quotation – price comparison – purchasing order )
5-Internal auditor (ISO) on the projects of the company (Helwan cement – Qawmeya cement and workshop )
