More than 20 years combined production operations experience in Petrochemical/Chemical and Oil & Gas industries. Starting as a Production Technician and rising through the ranks to become an Offshore Installation Manager.
Good experience and technical knowledge of both offshore and onshore facilities covering all elements of production operations and HSE.
Project related experience covers pre-commissioning, commissioning and initial start-up activities on FPSO and onshore facilities.
Highly developed technical and analytical skills coupled with excellent organisational and communication abilities.
Excellent supervisory and management skills and experience in supervising/managing a multi-national and multi discipline work force.
Good planning and organisational capability.

Currently employed by Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd as an Offshore Installation Manager for Sabah Production Department – Responsible for managing the operations of Samarang/Sumandak Field at Offshore Sabah by optimising the wells and equipment performance.
Managing a workforce of around 70 POB on board Samarang central platform and implementing all HSE requirement and programmes.
Managing Field POB of around 100 to 1000 project teams working on various activities in Samarang/Sumandak field including construction / hook-up, commissioning and start up of new platforms and jackets.
Ensuring all contractors perform and complete their scope of work safely and within the specified time frame.
