EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:

I have over 40 years UK and OVERSEAS experience in Building, Civil’s construction; Oil & Gas plant, pipe line and facilities inspection, Quality Control, Project Management and Building Facilities Management, including 12 yrs in the oil/gas sector. This has included but not been limited to, Supervision, Project & Construction Management, Projects Inspection, Planning and Scheduling, Setting out and safety.

I am experienced in Civil Inspection, QC and Site Management in the Oil/Gas industry, commercial, industrial and private sector buildings, as well as oil and gas plant construction, with the ability to read and understand technical, construction, architectural drawings and specifications. Good experience in the supervision and management of high quality finishing trades, reinforced concrete placement, building construction structural steel erection, earthworks, asphalt paved roads as well as hands on practical inspection experience.

I am familiar with both British and U.S. standards; Oil industry work permit and safety systems and I have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Works/Excel/Word computer systems. I am fully committed to all safety aspects and have attended a registered OSHA training course.

FLUOR/KENTZ INTERNATIONAL Ltd. KUWAIT. Project Management for KUWAIT OIL COMPANY
2006 to 2009. Civil Construction Engineer.
Employed as a Civil Construction Engineer with Fluor/Kentz International Kuwait, as part of their Project Management Team, that oversees and manages Kuwait Oil Company’s expansion and maintenance projects, these included gas oil separation plants, pipelines and tank farms. Responsibilities included but were not limited to, site management of the various contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements as well as contract standards and specifications, inspection of on going work, review of contract and submittal documents & drawings. Duties also include audits of contractor's quality control procedures, review and interview of their QC personnel to ensure suitability for the project as well as review and acceptance of the contractor's Commissioning & Handover packages.
