To be suceesful process engineer in oil and gas industry.I would like to leverage on last 11 years comprehensive experience in refinery process engineering in different units such as Sulphur recovery unit, Gas tretament units, Diesel hydotreater etc.

Project Commissioning Engineer & Supervisor (December 1997 to May 2001 & January 2006 to October 2006):

Commission team supervisor for downstream petroleum units such as Sulphur Recovery Unit( SRU), Amine Treating Unit & Sour Water Stripper(SWS),Platformer with Continuous Catalytic Regenerator, Diesel Hydro treater (DHT), Hydrogen Production Unit (HPU), Isomerisation Unit.

Worked as process engineer for downstream refinery units like Sulphur Recovery Unit(SRU), Platformer with continuous catalytic regenerator (CCR), Diesel Hydrotreater (DHT), , Hydrogen Production Unit (HPU) , Crude Stabilization Unit (CSF), Amine Regeneration Unit (ARU) & Sour Water Stripper(SWS).

Following are the Key Features of the job:

•Daily monitoring of the unit Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Operating Parameters(KOP), Analysis on the deviations of the unit KPI & KOP from target and suitable recommendations to the operation units.
•Performance evaluation of the equipment, chemical and catalyst and suitable recommendations..
•Analysis on plant wide material balance for hydrocarbon and utility and suitable recommendations.
•Review of operating procedures and recommendation for the suitable operational changes.
•Initiating Engineering Design Changes( EDC) ,Conducting the HAZOP studies
•Participation in long term studies and investigation of the incidents/accidents
•Experience of working with Pro 2 & Hysis Simulators.

Clean fuel study :

•Member of the clean fuel study to implement the project such as Isomerisation, Platformer and Diesel hydrotreater, Sulphur recovery unit etc.
•Member of the clean fuel study team that has the responsibilities of identifying the capital project requirements for Riyadh refinery with regard to Euro 3 & Euro 4 compliance fuels.
