PMEL Laboratory Technician (precision measuring equipment specialist in calibration)

Make the change in the oil and gaz industies. I'm highly qualified as a laboratory technician in calibration, test and measurements. I'm willing to learn more.

Metrology and calibration :
Started the metrology laboratory according to the ISO17025 and to the ISO TS 16949 guide lines
Scheduled calibration for test equipments on the production lines and laboratory (manage more than 1000 equipments with data base, alert 15 days before the date due), saved files, records, capabilities, R&R, uncertainty analysis, by requirements of ISO/IEC 17025,
Making working procedure and instructions for laboratory ;
Internal calibration
External calibration services in Tunisia and overseas
Maintaining the good efficiency indicator from year to year
Buying new equipments for new projects
Making metrological reports and laboratory tests according to the technical specifications, drawings, plans and references or customers recommendations.
Tests were conducted on small plastic parts and electronic devices (dimensional measurements, electric measurements, force, Torque, pressure, climatic tests…)
Working with assigned teams (tools: GRP , QRQC, PDCA…) to analyse , solve problems and to know their main causes ;
Making decision related to the conformity of the product under test based up on the results of measurements
Use of internet, Intranet and other Quality tools and Valeo standards;
