• A Vast Experience of Storage Tanks Monitored Saab (Sweden) Radar Tank Gauging System.(Including REX gauges,Pro Gauges for level, SDAU for temperature and level bottom sensors in tanks)
• Crude Distillation Unit for Heavy Crude and Catalytic Reformer Unit for Naphtha Treatment controlled through TDC 3000X DCS System and FSC Honeywell based ESD System.
• Light Crude Distillation Unit controlled through FOXBORO Pneumatic Instruments.
• 7.5MW Diesel Power Generation Plant Based on PLC 5.
• Boilers controlled through Interlocking of SAAKE BURNER System and PLC (AB SLC 500).
• Intelligent Fire Alarm and Gas Detection System Based on Honeywell Delta net FS 90+ and XL 50 Controllers and OPC using EBI Software.
• Desalter Unit, Kerosene. And Petrol Merox Unit..
• Custody transfer system using Sybertrol based Smith Metering Skid.

• Installation Commissioning & Startup of Saab Radar Tank Gauging System(Sweden) :
Completed project of radar Tank gauging system as a team leader in refinery storage tanks (Including cable laying, JBs installation, radar gauges installations at tanks, programming & configuration of all system at workstation in control room)
• Capacity Enhancement Project (Parallel Pre Heat Train) :
Commissioned as a tem leader of PLC AB COMPACTLOGIX L30 Controller (Logics and HMI ’s )
Loops detail 8 Flow Loops, 4 TDC Loops and 2 Cascaded Flow & Pressure Loops.
Fields Instruments includes DP Cell Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters and Control Valves with Intelligent
Positioners.
• Scada Based PLC Project :
Convert of Conventional Relay Logics at 16 Different Locations to PLCs (AB COMPACTLOGIX L20) Based SCADA System.(Including panel wiring, field wiring commissioning, & Programming of PLCs) Communicating all the PLC’s with a Single Central HMI + Engineering Station through Optical Fiber Based LAN Network.
• Sybertrol (Custody Transfer & metering station)
Commissioned custody transfer & meter proving system (Sybertrol by smith)
