Project ¡V Mechanical and Civil maintenance of Water Treatment Plant, Steam Plant, Oil and Gas processing Plant, Pipe Ways, Road Crossing, Power Plant, Sub-Stations and Security Fence.

• Involved in cost estimation, planning, scheduling and monitoring through MS Project.

Project ¡VErection of Boilers, Vessels, Chimney and Pipe lines in Manali Petrochemical Ltd, Futura polymers, Madras Fertilizers Ltd, Premier Mills India (P) Ltd, Summer India (P) Ltd, Tamilnadu Petrochemical Ltd.

• Involved in Mechanical and design calculations for erection of low pressure boilers, vessels and chimney. Involved in Designing of Chimney, Flue gas Ducting and Pipe line support, Ducting support, Boilers structural support.

• Inspection of Welding such as Radiography Test, Dye-penetrate test, Magnetic Particle test, Hydro test. Materials listing of Equipments such as vessels, structures, pipe lines etc.

• To prepare planning, scheduling, monitoring for on going project through M.S Project.

• To prepared Quality Assurance Plan, Welding Procedure Specification, Welder Performance Qualified Record, Procedure Qualification Record.

2. Worked as Quality Control & Production Engineer in VIJAY INDUSTRIES PVT LTD, Chennai. (July, 2005- Aug, 2006)
Project ¡V Manufacturing and supplying Non Pressurized Parts, Pipe support, Ducting, Boilers structural support for ANSALDO CALDAIE BOILERS LTD. Manufacturing and supplying flitch channel, cross members, car chassis for ASHOK LEYLAND LTD. Fabricate Stainless steel & carbon steel tanks, wind mill tower parts, columns, Heavy structural support for L&T ECC Division, Chennai.

• Prepare Material requirement and Material ordering for specific project.

• Prepare cutting plan for fabrication and Edge preparation.
