In my current job I am responsible for:

1. R & D of Textile Binders(PVA), Acrylic Binder(Pigment printing),Pressure Sensitive Adhesive,Urea Formaldehyde Resin, Melamine Formaldehyde Resin, Polyfinish, Detergents, Wetting Agent, Stain Remover, Now do R&D at Coating Emulsion(Vam & Butyl base).
2. Evaluation of competitor’s samples related to above described products, liaison with application lab and responsible for preparation of customer evaluation reports & their dispatch record.
3. To perform duties of counter part in his absence.
4. To update the development files & discussions with I/C R & D (Textile Auxiliaries).
5. Calibration of lab equipments.
6. To run lab batches to verify the trouble shooting of production batches due to raw materials and process.
