Margham Dubai Establishment:
April 2005 to present
Project Manager on several major plant expansion and upgrade projects totaling over $100M over a 4 year period. Projects Included, conversion to gas import and storage, installation of additional turbo-compression facilities, upgrade of plant shutdown and blowdown facilities, upgrade of plant control systems.

Margham is a Dubai Government owned, onshore gas and condensate production facility with depleting reserves and I initially supervised the development of several concept and FEED studies for various options to extend the life of the field and increase recovery.
A number of these conceptual studies were then initiated as projects and it was my responsibility to develop the business case to acquire management and Dubai government approval.
Using both EPC contracts and the development of in-house resources, I then managed project implementation from the FEED stages through engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning through to handover to operations.

High standards of Safety are a key part of my motivation and across all projects, in 4 years we expended over a million manhours without a single LTI.

I am currently project manager at an onshore gas processing facility in Dubai and have completed several projects here over a 4 year period, value over $100m, from FEED through construction and commissioning. I have previously been involved in many onshore and offshore projects including petrochemicals, FPSOs, offshore drilling, production and accommodation facilities and have a successful track record in EPC contract development, management and negotiations.

I am British, living in Dubai with my family and available from the end of march.
