Conducting Welder Performance Qualification Test.
Raw material Inspection, Verification of material specification and test certificate according to international standards (ASME section II a/b/c).
Hands on experience in magnetic particle testing, liquid penetrate testing, UT thickness survey using flaw detector and D meter and radiography film interpretation. Reviewing of NDT reports and documents. Data verification of equipments and piping system for RBMI updation. verifing as-build drawings & P&IDs for QP onshore and offshore.
Witnessing hydro/pneumatic test, subsequent draining, cleaning, steam/air/nitrogen blowing, water flushing.
Monitoring in-service equipment and pipeline repair works welding activity as per the client requirement.

Inspection of flanges, Bolts, Gasket, valves, Bolt Torqing & Tape wrap for underground piping
Installation and inspection of pipeline as per ISO drawing
Preparation of test packages
Reviewing Welding Procedure Preparation according to ASME section IX.
Perform welding inspection to ensure that all welding activities are properly executed conforming to approve Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).
Witness welders and welding operator qualification test scrutinize WPS, PQR, and WQT.The examination includes material identification, welding consumables, joint preparation, fit-up, heat treatment, welding variables, parameter and techniques,
Select best NDE method for final appearances of finish welds, PWHT, and hardness test. Check and review it
Coordinating inspection activities as per client requirement & Project planning and execution to minimize the cost
Inspection of joint fit up, spool fabrication, Welded joints and Installation work
Monitoring welder’s performance report to minimize the rejection percentage.
Prepare report Daily, Weekly and monthly update to QC manager.
