Duties and Responsibilities (QA/QC Equipment Inspector)
„X Conduct actual inspection of materials, equipments to conform to reference standard and specification.
„X Maintain record of the following documents, client specifications, drawings, and special process qualifications subjected for client review and verification.
„X Familiarize with construction and erection drawing, applicable codes and specifications.
„X Carry out inspection ensuring all activities have been properly performed in accordance with approved Inspection Test Plan(ITP), clients specification an applicable standard codes.
„X Prepare request for inspection (RFI) after all erection and installation are complete and inspected accordance with required location, orientation, verticality/horizontality, and elevation.
„X Prepare reports containing the information of actual against requirements.
„X Joint final inspection with all parties in every equipment ensuring the following check points/ checklist location, orientation, verticality/horizontality, internal, external visual, alignment, distance between shaft ends (DBSE) are in approved tolerances.
„X Prepare final closure certificate and signed by all parties.
„X Attend weekly meeting about quality matters.
