oJob Title: CMMS Implementation Engineer
oAchievements as Implementation Engineer:
March-August 2008, establish CMMS for Sahara Petroleum Services Company (SAPESCO), defining all equipments, equipments details, maintenance tasks, including preventive maitenance & predictive maintenance, maintenance relations, build the master maintenance plan, then train SAPESCO staff of how to use, manage & the benefits of CMMS.

October 08-February 09, establish Fleet Management System (FMS®) for Arab Union Contracting Company (AUCC), Tripoli, Libya, defining all the vehicles, heavy movable equipments & all of their details, drivers details, licensing, insurance information, maintenance tasks, including preventive maitenance & predictive maintenance, maintenance relations then build the master maintenance plan.

December 08-Now, reimplement the current CMMS at ENI Oil Company, El Feel field, Libya, extracting the functions tags, technical details & other useful data from the P&IDs, builging the hierarchy functions list including mechanical, electrical & instrument components, defining the criticality of each tag number, assign each task to its specific components, finally build the master plan against the available manpower, materials, spare parts & tools, taking in consideration minimizing components shutdown.
oAchievements as Maintenance Planning Engineer:
June-July 2008, Work as a Maintenance planning engineer for SAPESCO to support the mainenance stuff applying the CMMS, (preventive, predictive & corrective maintnenace), & help the managers to creat the required reports to control, manage & supervise the maintenance operations.

oCumulative Grade: 64.7 %.
•Graduation Project at Unilever Mashreq Jan. to June 2007
oRedesigning the distribution network, in objective to minimize the total distribution cost, maximize the customer service level & cover Egypt within the required time policy of the company.

•Attended a “Presentation Skills” course at the American Chamber “AmCham” from Nov. 23, 2008 to Nov. 25, 2008.
•Attended a Presentation about SAP, Plant Maintenance Module, by Eng. Mohamed Hefny, ERP Consultant at IBM-EG.
•Attending lectures about Presentation Skills, Team Work, Leadership & Time Management in IE division in Production Engineering Department under supervision of Dr. Amr Eltawil.
•Attending lecture about the Engineering Ethics in MAC-TECH family in the Faculty of Engineering under supervision of Dr. Amr Eltawil.
