Maintenance and Turn Around support engineer

For time beeing planning and scheduling the next Plant Turn Around. Developing new site Turn Around scheduling pratice.

Now: Working in a Shell oil refinery as a Maintenance support engineer. Since I came back form my expatriate assignment in Nigeria I have been involved in many different assignments such as: Turn Around lead Planner and Scheduler, Maintenance chief Scheduler, Primavera Site focal point, GSAP trainer, Energize project technologist, Energize site focal point, Developing IT applications for the Maintenance and Turn Around organisation.

2001: Finished a 3 year period where I was working as a Shift Supervisor on the NLNG Bonny Island plant in Nigeria. (Commissioning and initial operation of train 1 and 2).

1998: Due to an expatriate assignment with a job guarantee I finished a 7 year period where I was working as a senior technician on a Shell Oil Refinery. This job was a muliticraft job where I was operating all the process units and the process panels. Every 3 months I spend 2 weeks in the electrical or instrument workshop in order to keep my technical skills up to date.

1991: Finished a 5 years period where was working as Electrician/Electrical Supervisor on projects in Scandinavia and Africa. Mostly projects on power plants, oil rigs and ships.

1986: Finished Industrial Electrician education

1981: Finished Business and Trade basis year

1998: Shiftsupervisor in a LNG plant. Advanced RISC firefighting course.
1993: Senior Technician Oil refinery (Multicraft operator/firefighter/electrician/ instrument technician)
