HSE Advisor for a project involving construction and corrosion NDT surveys of off-shore and on-shore derricks, pipelines, platforms, tanks and all structures.
2008 SENIOR HSE SUPERINTENDENT YEMGAS Yemen
Senior HSE Superintendent for a joint venture project involving the construction of a LNG plant in Balhaf. The LNG plant consisted of two process trains with cryogenic storage tanks and associated utilities, off-site and off-plot facilities designed to deliver 6,700,000 metric tons of LNG annually.
2006 to 2007 HSES SPREAD SUPERVISOR StarStroi Russia
HSES Spread Supervisor for a joint venture project involving the onshore construction of 24” oil and 48” gas pipelines traversing from the northeastern Sakhalin shelf to the southern Sakhalin Island terminal in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
2003 to 2006 LEAD HSE COORDINATOR KBR Iraq, Jordan and Kuwait
HSE Lead Coordinator for the Middle East Regional Office operations in Jordan and Baghdad. These operations included re-construction/renovation of neglected and war damaged buildings/facilities, runway and apron renovation/expansion and electrical substation re-construction. Over a period of 26 months, in a combat zone, our teams accomplished the work without a lost time incident, fatality or environmental incident.
HSE Coordinator for the Restoration of Iraqi Oil in Iraq. The overall project involved extinguishing well fires, construction, repair and operation of well heads, well drilling (horizontal and directional), repair or replacement of pipelines, gas/oil separation and LPG plants, refineries, water injection treatment plant and pump stations, pumping/transfer stations, FPSO and off-shore platforms damaged during the two Gulf wars.
