Have held the position of Personnel Supervisor, Personnel/Benefits Administrator, Assistant Manager, and Manager, Employee Relations/Benefits Administration for almost 20 years with job responsibilities cutting across designing, implementing, and administering HR Systems, Policies and Procedures, Providing leadership and expertise in HR functions;Providing counsel in employee relation matters;Assisting in leading and facilitating change efforts;Providing HR support to Management and Employees including engagements, talent management and succession planning; Ensuring standardization of HR practices and policies in line with company values and policies;Providing specialist advice to line managers to appropriately resolve discipline and labour issues; Advising Management on manpower trends/data; Recruitment, placement, and orientation of employees, Conducting Salary/Benefits Surveys, providing research data, analysis, and recommendations to guide Management in negotiations and to facilitate the design of competitive Compensation Packages; Carrying out re-evaluation of jobs; Development of Industrial Relations Budgets and performing other strategic HR related duties; Conducting Sectional Safety & Health Process Measurement, Administrative & Core Audits on monthly basis; Participated in all Standing Joint Negotiation Committee meetings and preparing timely and up-to-date negotiation reports/minutes; Administered several employees’ benefits schemes, and Coordinated the activities of the outsourced service providers who provided services such as catering and transportation for employees at work, etc. etc.

Have also held the position of Administrative/Marketing Officer with responsibility for administration; Handling employee relations and other core human resource functions; Developing marketing strategies for the sale of the company's products; Maintaining communication with management to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business goals; Providing leadership and direction to marketing associates; Coordination to ensure timely deliveries of ordered merchandize to customers and Preparation of sales returns to the Director of Finance, etc.

Eductation

Have had about 21 cumulative years of education. 10 Years in Basic Education, 5 Years in Secondary School Education, 4 Years Undergraduate Education at the University, and 2 Years Executive Masters Degree Education.

In addition, I have also undergone several seminars/workshops to enhance my knowledge base in the field of human resource management.
