Close to twenty-two (22) years Project Engineering/Management experience in Oil and Gas Processing/Refinering. In the US$220 M Caltex Batangas Debottlenecking Project assumed role of Engineering Manager responsible for the engineering design and procurement, and for contract administration function. In the US$40M Caltex Batangas Refinery Instrument Modernization project assumed role of Deputy Project Manager, responsible for cost control and budget management, and contract administration. Extensive experience on: Conceptual and feasibility studies, Front End, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Contract Administration, Cost Control and Budget Management, interfacing with EPC contractor on Owners behalf, with wide range of experience complying with codes and standards used in the industry.

Hands on experience with engineering softwares for process and systems modelling and simulation, equipment sizing and design. Experienced in the preparation of engineering deliverables including calculations, and documentation. Experienced in safety related engineering exercises such as HAZOP, with wide range of experience complying with Codes and standards used in theindustry such as API, ASME, ANSI, NFPA, etc.
