Seeking Managerial assignments in Project Execution & Management of Construction,Oil & Gas Projects with a growth oriented organization

1.Distinction of managing wide spectrum of construction projects such as residential buildings(Villas), Staff accommodation, Residential Building (B+G+4),Factory,UG Sump and Water tanks in Dubai.
• Ensure strict control on resources, minimize wastage, organize logistic movement of resources like men & materials, ensure best productivity, attend to snags and obtain satisfactory end-of-maintenance and project
• Ensure all incoming construction materials meet the required standards and technical specification as per the terms of agreement.
• Ensure all ongoing construction activities are carried out in line with approved FQAP (Filed Quality Assurance Plans) and ITP (Inspection & Test Plans).
• Checking and ensuring maintenance of working drawings and modification drawings and implement the work accordingly.

2.Project Involving G+20 Multi storey residential Interior luxury apartments consisting of 6 towers having basement floor, level car parking and 160 numbers of flats with all amenities like Swimming Pool, Club House & Gymnasium in Bangalore.
• Inspection of all incoming materials at site at the laboratory(Soil test, sand test, cement test,concret test, steel test Ect, and maintenance of records.
• Monitoring, Management and Execution of all quality related issues in the Projects.
• Maintain separate file for the quality related document and make sure that the entire document are available to the employer representative & for audits
• Develop a log for all measuring and testing equipment & record. Ensure proper control on Documents and Quality records and its retention, Implement, maintain, and monitor progress of the Project effectively

3.Construction of Sub Inspector, Police Constable Qtrs, Subjail and Police Station in different Taluk Head Quarters of Chamarajanagara district
